Our Philosophy on AI
At TransformAItional Growth, we believe AI is a force multiplier—not a magic wand.
We don’t chase trends. We deploy AI when it creates measurable business outcomes: increased revenue, reduced costs, and systems that scale without additional headcount.
We blend AI with strategy, data, and human judgment to drive real impact—not just generate outputs.
1. Our AI Tool Stack
We currently use the following AI platforms in our client engagements:
OpenAI (GPT-4+ & GPT-3.5) – language generation, automation, task design
Claude (Opus & Sonnet) – for summarization and human-like tone
Phoenix Revenue Engine – AI-powered lead reactivation, qualification, and nurturing
Make.com & Zapier – for no-code AI workflow orchestration
Replicate – for creation of product and stock style imagery
We routinely evaluate and update our stack to ensure performance, privacy, and compliance.

Phoenix AI Chat Assistant – Always identifies itself as "AI Assistant" at conversation start
Phoenix Lead Qualification – Forms and inquiries are processed by Phoenix AI for routing
AI-Generated Content – Blog posts and resources marked with "AI-Generated" labels where applicable
AI-Enhanced Images – Any AI-generated visuals are marked in descriptions
2. What Data We Process
We follow a principle of data minimalism. Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, we only process:
First name
Email address
Phone number
This information is used to personalize AI-powered outreach, onboarding, or customer engagement flows.
We do not process sensitive personal data (financial, medical, government ID, etc.) unless contractually defined.
We do not store, retain, or repurpose client data beyond the project scope.
3. AI Automation vs Human Oversight
We use AI in both assistive and automated capacities:
AI-assisted strategy development and idea generation
Phoenix-powered automated lead reactivation (email, SMS, voice)
Phoenix AI qualification and scoring of prospects
Personalised onboarding flows using pre-approved templates
Phoenix conversation intelligence for call analysis and coaching
Before any automation goes live, we complete a human-reviewed iteration process to ensure quality, alignment, and tone.
4. Transparency and Control
We commit to transparent AI usage across every client engagement.
You will:
Be informed when AI is used to generate communications or outputs
Always retain the right to review, revise, or disable automated workflows
Have access to documentation of which systems are powered by AI
If preferred, clients can request a fully human-managed process.
4a. Website Visitor Rights
As a visitor to our website, you have the right to:
Know when you're interacting with AI (we always disclose this)
Request human interaction instead (email: [email protected])
Opt-out of AI processing (we'll handle your inquiry manually)
Understand how AI processes your data (see our Privacy Policy)
5. Security and Compliance
We only use platforms that meet or exceed standard security and compliance frameworks.
Where required, we offer secure data processing options compliant with GDPR, UK Data Protection Act, and other applicable regulations.
We comply with:
EU AI Act Article 50 (transparency requirements)
UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018
EU GDPR where applicable
We do not:
Sell or transfer client data
Train models using client data without consent
Allow public reuse of any client workflows, prompts, or assets
6. Output Ownership
All deliverables created with AI support—strategy docs, workflows, campaign content—are 100% client-owned.
We do not resell, reuse, or share AI-generated materials between clients without permission.
6a. Phoenix Revenue Engine Compliance
For clients using our Phoenix Revenue Engine:
All Phoenix AI interactions are Article 50 compliant by default
Chatbots automatically identify as AI assistants
AI-generated content includes proper disclosures
Lead scoring transparency is built into the system
Full audit trail of AI decisions is maintained
Clients receive complete AI documentation for their compliance needs
Phoenix includes pre-built AI Policy templates and automated compliance features to ensure your business meets both current EU requirements and anticipated UK AI Bill requirements (May 2026).
7. Policy Updates
This policy is reviewed quarterly and updated as needed to reflect:
AI regulation changes (including upcoming UK AI Bill - May 2026)
New tool adoption
Best-practice revisions
Client or enterprise-specific requirements
Addendum: Enterprise-Grade AI Governance (On Request)
We provide extended policy documentation for enterprise clients, including:
Data deletion confirmation within 30 days of project completion
Human sign-off checkpoints
